Support for Mango Automation Core and modules is provided by Radix IoT, LLC by hosting the Mango Forum, where users can get answers to their questions from Radix IoT or from other users. The forums are also filled with tips, tricks, and ideas to help new users get started.
Support for Mango Automation modules can be requested from the associated vendor. In some cases Radix IoT and others will provide support for modules developed by others.
